Frequently Asked Questions

Fertility is impacted by many different systems in your body. This is why our approach is different. We focus on really getting to the root cause of your fertility challenges to give you the best chances at a healthy pregnancy and baby. We look at all body systems not only your reproductive system.

We are constantly reviewing the latest research to improve our methods of treatment, we feel confident that our practices are up-to-date and integrated with wisdom from years of practice.

In our observation, one of the reasons couples don’t reach their fertility goals is because other fertility providers are restricted to a one-size-fits-all model through the healthcare system and insurance. They are not able to personalize their care, and the couple loses out, as a result. This is why we can often help when other healthcare providers can not.

At Fertility & Beyond, the focus is to combine the latest research, functional medicine, the wisdom of naturopathic medicine and years or practice, while remaining conservative in our recommendations so we can offer a cost-effective treatment plan .

Dr. Annello optimizes time with you, by preparing in advance for each visit, so the time you pay for is time well spent.

Dr. Annello bridges the gap between conventional & functional medicine by providing medical care that encompasses the whole body, not just the reproductive system.

Unfortunately, insurance companies place numerous restrictions on providers that limit their ability to practice freely according to what the patient truly needs. Fertility & Beyond does not accept any form of medical insurance or Medicare/Medicaid. Even though there are out-of-pocket expenses, our clients find it is well worth it.

HSA/FSA can be used for payment.

The average cost of a single IVF cycle is $15,000-$30,000 out-of-pocket. Investing in your fertility on a deeper level can ensure more success with an IVF treatment or avoid the need for it entirely.

Some couples have insurance that covers IVF completely, this is great! However, the investment into your health is still necessary as IVF has risks to mom and baby that aren't always discussed. Investing in your fertility on a deeper level can mitigate those risks and avoid the need for an invasive and exhausting procedure entirely.

Every clients experience is different. The number and frequency of appointments may vary.

It is typical to meet with Dr. Annello once every 4-6 weeks while being treated.

Typically Dr. Annello works with her clients for 4-9 months.

All consultations are virtual.

Each patient is different. A majority of our clients feel significantly better in the first month. The most common areas our patients see massive improvements in are their menstrual cycle, mood, digestion, energy, sleep, and overall wellbeing/vitality.

It takes 3-4 months to optimize egg quality so after that window likelihood of getting pregnant will increase.
