Dr. Annello is the person I trust most on my health care team. I've had quite a few years of wrestling with chronic stress; both physical & emotional. I trust her with my emotional health as much as the physical- and that amongst many things makes the biggest difference to me. Being educated, guided, listened to through fear & anxiety; I dont feel like a "patient", I feel like I'm a partner working toward a full embodiment of wellbeing. She takes extremely complex systems such as hormones; and explains it fully. My initial lab work really scared & saddened me but, she was able to help me reign in my anxiety so that I could be in the "driver's seat" in my journey of healing. I've only been working with Dr. Annello for a few months and my thyroid antibodies have dropped significantly! Not only was I thrilled to see that big win in my lab work, but even more so- my joint pain is gone! At this stage in my journey with Dr. Annello, I am enabled to do even more things for my health now, joint pain free. I feel that I can speak to my body again, and more easily make healthy choices that are intuitive rather than stressful. I know this would not be possible if I hadn't worked with Dr. Annello.
